Returns & Exchanges
We understand that shopping online can be tricky and we want you to LOVE the things you buy from The White Room Gallery (TWRG).
Please choose carefully as we are not obliged to accept any goods for return where you have simply changed your mind. But, if for any reason you are not happy please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com. Please quote your order number and give a detailed explanation of your reason for returning the item(s) and we will get back to you as a matter of urgency.
For a return to be processed, TWRG needs to be notified within 14 days of your order. After this time, we regret we cannot accept the goods for return.
Please return it to us in original, unopened condition with all original tags and packaging with your original receipt, and depending on what we have agreed we will replace, credit or refund the purchase price using the method you used for the initial purchase. A refund, credit note or replacement will be at our discretion. Freight and delivery charges will not be refunded or credited.
We cannot offer refunds, credits or returns on sale items or gift vouchers.
We cannot accept unused goods in damaged packaging unless they are faulty. For hygiene reasons earrings, cosmetics, creams and toiletries cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
If your item is faulty, the fault will be assessed by TWRG team. If we have a replacement available we will send one out at no charge, in the event that we cannot supply a replacement, we will offer you a credit or a refund.
